Lets negotiate a deal
Negotiating a deal is one of our specialties. We help you assemble an attractive offer that helps you understand closing costs and gives you confidence that you are putting your best foot forward.
You don’t have to fear the closing costs; we are familiar with crafting offers that help you close a home with confidence and can reduce upfront costs.
It is important to remember that offers are accepted at the seller's discretion. From time to time, a seller may counter. We work with you to understand what the seller requests to change and help you understand your options.
The escrow company used is typically negotiated during the offer process, and you are free to suggest/request any company of your choice. However, it is not uncommon for sellers to have started their portion of the process with one particular company. It's often best to use this company to avoid a counteroffer by the seller. Inform your agent if you have any concerns or questions and we will be happy to point you in the right direction. In a later lesson, we will talk a little more about the closing and escrow process.
As a final piece to this lesson, it's not uncommon to submit several offers during the search process. Often, when a seller passes on an offer, it is due to reasons beyond our control. Most buyers submit an average of 3 offers during their search. Don’t get discouraged; we are here to support you.
For your review, we have included some local escrow companies in the area and some informational pamphlets you will receive during this process. Check out the additional resources section for more information.
