IN THIS LESSON

Congratulations, your offer was accepted! We will guide you through the escrow and closing process.

As your buyers-agent, we are at your corner. We will help you assemble and coordinate your closing team, including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and escrow officers. We then lay out a timeline based on the dates specified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement to provide you with a roadmap to closing.

The typical steps involved in this process include:

  • Delivering Escrow Funds - The funds must be transferred in the method defined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Hiring an inspector—A home inspection is crucial for identifying any issues with the property's condition. A skilled inspector will give you a thorough report and can provide information about optional additional inspections or obtaining estimates from local contractors if necessary. This report can also be used to negotiate repairs with the seller; your agent can assist you in conveying your requests and facilitating the negotiation. It's important to remember that the inspection report is confidential to you and should not be shared with the seller unless it is specifically requested by the seller during the negotiation process.

  • Completing your loan application and ordering an appraisal

  • Submitting all required documentation to the escrow company

  • And finally The Signing

This timeline moves fast with most sales closing in an average of 30 days. As your expert, we help you navigate this portion ensuring you meet these deadlines and get those keys in hand.

We utilize the latest technology to make document signing a breeze and orchestrate a seamless closing process.
